The new IF/VF tyre technology performance promise sounds wonderful. Farmers should be able to benefit from better soil protection and higher yields while saving valuable fuel. Together with the agricultural machinery manufacturer Amazone, Bohnenkamp’s tyre experts investigated in a standardised field test what is true about these grandiose statements in the field.

The light truck tyre brand Onyx has been well received in Central Europe with its light truck and van tyres. The all-season and winter tyres are particularly popular and have established themselves with their excellent price-performance ratio. Meanwhile, Bohnenkamp offers 28 different sizes of the brand for light trucks and vans: the assortment in the shop ranges from summer tyres to the winter-proof 3PMSF brand.

Prof. Dr. Norbert Winkeljohann succeeds Franz-Josef Hillebrandt

Bohnenkamp AG’s General Meeting has appointed Prof. Dr. Norbert Winkeljohann (62) as the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Norbert Winkeljohann will take over from Franz-Josef Hillebrandt (75), who retired from the Board at the Annual General Meeting on 20 April 2020 after 19 years of service.

The US brand Accuride’s high gloss aluminium rims have always cut a flawless figure, braving dusty tracks as well as the road salt season. Truck driver Wolfgang Vaak from the Meller bulk goods logistics company Alois Wilken has been driving the Accushield-coated products for nine months now. While his boss appreciates the higher payload in addition to the fuel savings, truck driver Wolfgang is pleased about the low maintenance requirements.

The intelligent stratified layer technology and the speed index D (65 km/h) characterise the new radial tyre AGRI STAR II from manufacturer Alliance. In countless sizes and designs, the new AGRI STAR covers the segment of standard tractor tyres almost completely. The tyre is now available from Bohnenkamp.
